They don’t remove them "forever" they make this your last chance to buy that movie on <VHS/DVD/Blu-Ray> then five ten years down the road when there’s a new video technology they remaster and re-release. This keeps the interest high, and the prices up on their products by limiting supply.

They are going to stop selling just the ones they mentiond! I saw the commercial and I think it was Sleeping Beauty and The Jungle Book?

They are going back in the vault for a while. Disney releases some classics from the vault every couple of years or months and then sells them for a limited amount of time. Then they stop selling them and another comes out and then they stop selling that etc.

Basically, if you don’t get it before January 29th it’ll just be hard to find those specific ones and another might be coming out soon!

I’m a die hard lakers fan. i mean im one of those fans where kobe bryant could leave/retire and i would still be a fan. i hate to ask this question but…

Is Phil Jackson probably the most overrated coach of all time?

I mean he won 6 championships more thx to the greatest player of all time. Plus he had scottie pippen and dennis rodman, etc. he won 3 more with shaq and kobe. won 1 with kobe and pau, etc.

With the team he has today i feel like we could be the best team in the nba without question. we’re honestly lucky to have the best record in the nba. i mean how many game-winning shots has kobe made this season? well what if he missed or starts missing those shots? I know this sounds stupid but at this point i feel like i could coach better than him.

Why does our starting line up not consist of Kobe, Ron, Lamar, Pau, and Andrew? I mean even if don’t have that as the starting line up, at least use it! i’ve never seen those 5 players on the floor at the same time before. i really hope he does have a line up like that in the playbook and he’s just saving it for the playoffs.

We don’t need kirk hinrich. we don’t need devin harris. we need to move shannon brown to PG. Derek Fisher is old. He is a good clutch player, so have him on the floor in clutch situations. but he is hurting us. badly. he is by far the biggest weakness in our line up. both on offense and defense, especially on defense. and thats sad considering his offensive numbers are terrible. his speed is what’s hurting us so much on defense. he struggles against quick PGs. Put Shannon Brown at starting PG and you’d see a big change. but i still like the kobe ron lamar pau andrew line up better.

FINALLY!

I am not a Laker fan, and I don’t think Phil is overrated, but… it’s time to send Fish to the bench with a BIG thank you. He has done a lot for the lakers and I think he has some years left, but he is HURTING the lakers now.

Shannon Brown should start ASAP. The reason I don’t say Farmar is that they need an athletic presence in them. All of the laker players play pure basketball now and Farmar would be easier to guard than Brown. It’s time they put in Brown and have Farmar and Fisher as a back up — they can have more minutes than normal reserves but still… Brown should start.

IMHO I think the biggest weakness we have is when L.O. takes the floor. He doesn’t have the strength to be a Power Forward but uses his height to his advantage. He has no defense at all which the Lakers need to defend the pick n roll. He may have the stats to play the position but doesn’t help at all with strong front court opponents.

When you dream about fire, what does it mean?
Most of my dreams are somewhat disturbing, for various reasons, but when I have one that is especially vivid I like to make a record of it somehow — I’ll either write about it and save the file, or in some cases, try to draw a blueprint if a dream takes me to a strange place. But the one from which I just awoke 3 hours ago was one whose significance I’d like to know because it could possibly save my life!

The dream began much like the real world in that we were coming home from Morgan City, LA, only that happened over the Christmas holidays in real life because my sister, a high school senior, has been back in school for 3 weeks. But what was unusual was that we stopped to spend the night at an intermediate location, which we’ve never done in my entire 26 years. We live southeast of Houston, less than 300 miles west, so we’ve always spent the previous or following night at our house because it’s just a 6-hour drive to get there.

What’s even more odd about this "motel" was that its blueprint was identical to Dad’s apartment in Pasadena, TX (he hasn’t lived with us or come to Morgan City in 5 years), which is a square of 2-story complexes with a grassy "courtyard" area in the middle, in which there’s a fenced-in pool beside a brick cylinder containing a tree instead of a fountain. The parking lot surrounds the complex, and so do most of the sidewalks.

Anyway, in the last part of the dream, there was a fire that broke-out in the downstairs apartment across the courtyard from us (Dad’s upstairs place in real life). It was caused by cooking, and out came a Spanish-speaking family with several boys under 6. So all I could do was sit at a park bench with Mom and my sister, whose arm she was grabbing to prevent her from going up to it, and try to see as much as I could. All we had with us were our purses (remember, I’m genetically just as female as they are because that’s how I was born and am expected to present myself in the real world) containing our license, MP3 players, etc. and I had my 10 by 12" baby pillow I’ve slept with since I was 2 months old.

I kept asking Mom why she hadn’t brought the green canvas suitcase full of stuff I’d bought in Morgan City, and she said she’d put it in the turned-off stove (the fireplace and stove are the last things to burn because just as they’re made to keep fire IN, they can also keep it out). I kept asking if our complex would burn down, and she said of course it would! I was angry at the fire department for taking so long, but the last thing I remember before waking up was the sight of firemen shooting water into orange and gray smoke.

When I awoke, I was totally relieved to be safely home in DPTX with my baby pillow there beside me, my black purse hanging on the chair, the green suitcase in the closet, and all my Morgan City "treasures" having been packed away on January 4th when we got here by 8:00 PM. But I couldn’t help but wonder why I dreamed about a fire at a place like that. So could you please try to tell me the significance of the fire and how it pertains to my life? And why would we stay at a "motel" that looks exactly like the apartment to which Mom is constantly threatening to send me to live? Which things should I be afraid of and which ones should I just shrug off as nothing?

Lol i dont think thst part was rigged, they were both just under a ton of pressure during those plays and that can often lead to an interception. Though i do think there is something funny going on with the saints win against the vikings, definitely some very questionable calls…

if you watch a vid, actually, it looks like peyton was trying to throw it to a player who didn’t realize it and kept running in a diff direction. they guy who ‘intercepted’ barely intercepted, considering if peyton did mean to throw the ball to the guy who kept running, it was way past him, and the guy most who thing he ‘intercepted it from’ was turned around and trying to block the guy, not like he was expecting a pass. one could say maybe peyton messed up, maybe the guy running the other direction messed up/didn’t realize, or maybe your right.

I puased at 0:07, while ball still in peyton’s hand. see the colt’s player guarding the saints player who intercepted? his back is completely to us, and notice another player intentley running to the right of the screen whom also in no-way expects a pass. so yes it def looks like peyton passed the ball right to him, unless of course peyton just freaked out of being nervous or running out of time.

My horse WAS a sweet, gentle 100% SAFE mare… But now she’s gone berserk! She is touchy in random places and has started KICKING at people! She also coughs randomly when I start riding her at anything over a trot.

This all started like 4 months ago after I moved her to a new place and treated a sarcoid on her leg. She hasn’t been able to be ridden almost at all since then, since I am in school. But I still come out to care for her and clean her stall every other day…

She also has been weird with her legs… Sometimes she looks like she doesn’t want to put weight on a foot or pick up a certain lead… but sometimes she’s fine. It’s USUALLY her right hind, but not always. She has definitely lost a lot of grace. She fell flat on her side when I was lunging her on a line… Before I could lunge her on a 12 foot lead at fast gaits just fine. I usually free lunge her, but she trips and stuff a lot. SOMETIMES her legs are a LITTLE hot. But it’s never the same leg.

Could this be from lack of exercise? I don’t think it would be her hooves, because my farrier would have said something.about it. I guess he could have just not noticed, but he’s pretty observant. He’s the best farrier in town and she’s had him for most of her life… Should I start bandaging her legs?? I’m not too good at it, and am scared I’d make it worse… I don’t have enough wraps to change them every day, but I can get some. Would it be okay to put new bandages on her legs every other day? That’s usually as much as I can ever come out.

She went a while without a hoof trim or wormer a little longer than she should’ve… And I don’t think she was too happy when we moved her to the place she’s at now. There’s a run, but it’s all muddy and sometimes she never goes out (because of the mud I think). I can tell because her hooves aren’t wet with mud… She is used to having a little bit more room than she has now, but I don’t think that’s the problem.

With being touched, I’m starting to not be able to let other people handle her. Before, a four year old could safely groom her and lead her and catch her and what not. Now I’m scared to even let a full-grown woman! This is REALLY bad, because my only hope of getting her exercise is having other people take me out to the barn (I don’t have a car) to ride her. I trade riding with one lady for board… My friend’s mom I think is going to start taking me out with her kid to let her ride. These people are BEGINNERS and easily frightened, so I cannot let them get hurt by my horse, but not riding her only makes it WORSE!! Her most touchiest spots are under her throat and chest area, her cinch area and sometimes her feet or shoulders. Rarely her hip and sometimes her face, too. These all change from day to day…

I tried getting her used to being touched by running my hands all over her to desensitize her, but this didn’t work! It seems like she’s in PAIN sometimes and I can’t figure out what it is! There is NOTHING wrong with her girth, chest or face. Could it be a skin disorder? I know she hates when cold stuff touches her, but she’s never THIS picky about it.

What do you guys think it could be? I can’t stand seeing her like this anymore… It’s like she’s not even my horse anymore!

PLEASE don’t be rude and tell me I should get rid of her if I can’t take care of her. This horse was on her way to being put down when I got her because of the sarcoid. I got her and worked my butt off to get it treated. I’m a high schooler attending college classes at a community college and trying to juggle this plus bringing in money to keep my horse, since my dad (who told me he’d pay for everything she needed for the rest of her life) quit on me, and my mom can’t afford it. He just stopped paying child support, so I have to make up for that as well. She’s going to college with me, where my tuition will cover most of her needs. So if you want to give me a bad time, save your breath. If you can give me some GOOD advice or know what could possibly be wrong, please help.
